摘要
高质量发展对常州市金坛区城区水环境治理提出更高的要求。目前,金坛城区面临平原河网城市存在的水动力条件不足、水体滞流、水流往复等问题。新孟河延伸拓浚工程实施后,大流量引江期间,城区上下游水头差进一步减小,水动力条件更为错综复杂。在变化的水情、工情下,因势利导,考虑采取引调水措施及优化调度,通过促进水体有序流动、增加水体水环境容量,实现城区水环境的改善。
The high-quality development strategy calls for high-quality water environment of central urban area in Jintan district, Changzhou city, while the river network in this area is now faced with poor hydrodynamic conditions, which leads to water stagnation, reversal flows, and fragile self-purification capacity. Based on the results of mathematical simulation, the study predicts that, during the diversion period of Xinmeng River, the differences in water head between upstream and downstream of Jintan’s central urban area is smaller than that of the current situation, which leads to more complex hydrodynamic conditions. Considering the changing hydrodynamic conditions and project engineering conditions, necessary water diversion and optimization of current project scheduling are planed to bring more clean water resources into Jintan’s central urban area. Therefore, the velocities of the urban river network and the water environment capacity are both raised via the water diversion and optimization of current project scheduling, leading to the improvement of the urban water environment.
