益气养血方对乳腺癌术后化疗患者气血两虚证候及生活质量的影响

Effect of Yiqi Yangxue Prescription on qi and blood deficiency symptoms and quality-of-life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer

目的观察益气养血方对乳腺癌术后化疗患者气血两虚证候及生活质量的影响。方法将84例行乳腺癌改良根治术后首次化疗的女性患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组42例予常规化疗治疗,治疗组42例在对照组基础上加用益气养血方治疗。2组均治疗8个化疗疗程,比较2组治疗前后气血两虚证候(包括气短、神疲、乏力、自汗、头晕眼花、心悸、失眠、面色淡白或萎黄、舌质黯淡少苔、脉沉细无力)评分、中文版乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)(包括生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况及附加的关注)评分、治疗满意度及药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后气短、神疲、乏力、自汗、头晕眼花、心悸、失眠、面色淡白或萎黄、舌质黯淡少苔、脉沉细无力评分较本组治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且均低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后各项证候评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后FACT-B生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加的关注评分及总分较本组治疗前均明显升高(P<0.05),且均高于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后FACT-B各项评分及总分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应总发生率26.2%(11/42),对照组52.4%(22/42),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养血方对乳腺癌术后化疗患者治疗作用确切,可明显改善患者气血两虚证候,提高生活质量,提高治疗满意度,减少药物不良反应。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangxue Prescription on qi and blood deficiency symptoms and quality-of-life of patients with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer(BC).Methods Totally 84 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of BC were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,42 patients in control group were given normative chemotherapy,and 42 patients in treatment group were additionally given Yiqi Yangxue Prescription based on control group.Treated for 8 chemotherapy courses,the key observation was qi and blood deficiency symptoms score(including shortness of breath,mental fatigue,general fatigue,spontaneous sweating,dizziness,vertigo,palpitations,insomnia,pale or chlorosis,pale tongue with little fur,dark tongue and weak pulse),Chinese version of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast(FACT-B)score(including physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,functional status and additional attention),the satisfaction degree,as well as adverse drug reactions(ADR)between groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,qi and blood deficiency symptoms scores of patients in treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05),which were lower in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05),and the difference was no statistically significant in symptom score of control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);FACT-B scores of patients in treatment group were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),which were higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05),and the difference was no statistically significant in FACT-B scores of control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients were significantly better in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR was lower in treatment group than in control group[26.2%vs 52.4%,(P<0.05),respectively].Conclusion For patients with postoperative chemotherapy of BC,Yiqi Yangxue Prescription can enhance clinical efficacy,satisfaction degree and quality-of-life.It can reduce the adverse reactions.
