淠史杭灌区以建设国内领先、国际知名的现代化大型灌区为目标,以节水、生态、智慧、共享、魅力五大任务为重点,努力构建高效的水资源配置和保障体系、完善的灌排工程体系、数字化调度管理体系、水清渠畅岸绿环境美的生态保障体系、标准化规范化的科学管理体系,到2025年,取得灌区现代化建设的显著成效。
The Pishihang Irrigation District,with the aim of taking the lead and building a famous modern large-scale irrigation district worldwide,places a focus on water saving,ecology,intelligent system,benefit sharing and restoring charm of water landscape,and strives to build an efficient water allocation and security system,perfect irrigation and drainage engineering system,digital dispatching management system,ecological safety with clear water,complete canal system and beautiful environment.It aims to achieve standardization and scientific management of the irrigation district by 2025.
