农村生活污水治理经验和措施探究

Experience and Measures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

为贯彻落实乡村振兴战略,做好农村生活污水治理,以中西部地区某县级市为例,分析了农村生活污水特点,总结了农村生活污水治理实践经验教训,提出加强农村生活污水治理的对策措施:进一步强化农民生活污水治理意识,建立健全农村污水治理法律制度体系,科学选择污水处理技术,加大污水治理资金投入力度,建立运营管理长效机制,展开科学合理规划,统筹推进农村生活污水治理工作,改善农村人居环境,建设美丽宜居乡村。

In order to implement the rural revitalization strategy and do well in rural domestic sewage treatment,taking a county-level city in central and Western China as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of rural domestic sewage,summarizes the practical experience and lessons of rural domestic sewage treatment,and puts forward countermeasures and measures to strengthen rural domestic sewage treatment,i.e.to further strengthen farmers’awareness of domestic sewage treatment,establish and improve the legal system of rural sewage treatment,scientifically select sewage treatment technology,increase capital investment in sewage treatment,establish a long-term mechanism for operation and management,carry out scientific and reasonable planning,comprehensively promote rural domestic sewage treatment,improve rural living environment and build a beautiful and livable village.
