摘要
介绍了采用X荧光光谱定量分析复杂玻璃成分的方法。通过制备直径40mm的玻璃圆片进行X射线荧光光谱定量分析,结果表明该方法制样简便,分析速度快,并对样品无任何损坏,同时对玻璃中的多种元素进行定量分析,检测结果与化学定量分析方法一致。
A method for quantitative analysis of complex glass composition by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy is introduced.Glass discs with a diameter of 40mm were prepared for this analysis.The results have shown that this method is simple,fast and free from any damage to the samples.At the same time,many elements in the glass were quantitatively analyzed,the results of which were identical with those from chemical quantitative analysis.
