摘要
针对排布方式和出料口形状差异,利用Fluent软件,对玻璃纤维成形通路进行数值模拟,通过分析发现不同出料口排布和出料口形状玻璃液温度和速度分布规律,对改善成形作业稳定性、提高成品率、降低单位能耗以及优化通路结构设计具有一定指导意义。
The layout and the shape of glass outlets through which glass flows to the bushings in the fiberglass forming forehearth have an important impact on the molten glass temperature distribution.In view of the different layout and shape of these outlets,the numerical simulation of the forehearth has been conducted with FLUENT software.The discovery of the rules of the temperature and speed distribution of molten glass at different layout and shape outlets has certain guiding significance for improving the fiber forming stability,increasing the fiber yield,reducing the energy consumption and optimizing the design of forehearth structure.
