摘要 采用正交试验探究了激光功率、扫描速度、扫描宽度以及激光能量密度对304L奥氏体不锈钢SLM成形试样相对密度的影响。结果表明:激光能量密度对零件相对密度影响较大,合金SLM成形最佳激光能量密度范围为35~60 J/mm^(3);工艺参数对试样相对密度有一定影响,其中扫描速度对零件相对密度影响最大,激光功率次之,扫描宽度对零件相对密度影响最小;正交试验最优工艺组合为激光功率90 W,扫描速度700 mm/s,扫描宽度0.08 mm,激光能量密度为64.29 J/mm^(3),所得试样相对密度为99.01%。 The influence of laser power,scanning speed,scanning width,and laser energy density on the relative density of 304L austenitic stainless steel SLM specimens were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the laser energy density has a great influence on the relative density of parts,and the optimum range of laser energy density was 35~60 J/mm^(3) for alloy SLM forming.The process parameters had certain influence on the relative density of the sample,of which the scanning speed had the greatest influence on the density of the part,followed by the laser power,and the scanning width had the least influence on the density of the part.The optimum combination of orthogonal experiments was laser power 90 W,scanning speed 700 mm/s,scanning width 0.08 mm,laser energy density 64.29 J/mm^(3),and relative density of obtained sample was 99.01%.
