固定基准法快速定位技术研究

Research of rapid positioning process aided by fixed datum

基于标准快换夹具设计了一套快速定位系统及定位方法,利用固定基准实现毛坯及电极的快速定位,省略了电极毛坯在加工中心上的测量过程,电极在电火花加工机上的定位过程由传统的3步定位简化为1步定位,简化了工作流程,提高了工作效率。

A rapid positioning system and method was designed based on standard magic chuck.Aided by a fixed datum,both the blank and the electrode could be positioned onto CNC machine or EDM rapidly.The measurement of the blank on CNC was eliminated,and the measurement of the electrode on EDM was simplified one step from three steps.As a result,the positioning process was greatly simplified,and the working efficiency was raised.
