摘要 以材料成型与控制工程专业本科生为例,论述了如何提高能力培养的实践途径。从关心学生生活、职业规划、就业指导及专业课堂教学等方面开展实践,多渠道评价实施效果,确保该专业学生培养目标的达成,最终培养具有专业素养的应用型人才。 Taking the undergraduates who majoring in material forming and control engineering as examples,the practice approach to improve the capacity cultivation was discussed.The practices was implement from the aspect of caring students'life,taking career planning,career guidance,and the professional class,and the teaching effect was evaluated from multiaspect to ensure the achievement the goal of cultivation.Finally,the application-oriented talents with professional quality were cultivated.
