摘要
The international community is undergoing a profound transformation unseen in nearly one hundred years.As Chinese President Xi Jinping has pointed out,we are witnessing once-in-a-century changes around the world.Since the beginning of the 21st century,a large number of emerging markets and developing countries have maintained rapid economic growth,and an accelerating and irreversible shift towards a multipolar world and an increasingly balanced international landscape is taking place.
