空间关联视角下协同创新效率对区域碳减排的影响研究 被引量:12

Collaborative Innovation Efficiency and Regional Carbon Emission Reduction from the Perspective of Spatial Association

摘要 基于2005~2017年中国30个省、市、自治区(数据不包括西藏自治区和港澳台地区)的面板数据,采用超效率SBM模型测算区域协同创新效率,并运用空间杜宾模型和双门槛模型对协同创新效率的减排溢出效应进行实证检验。研究结果表明:整体上,协同创新效率能够直接降低地区碳排放强度,且存在显著的空间溢出效应;空间上,协同创新效率不仅会降低区域碳排放强度,而且产生的空间溢出效应能够降低邻近地区的碳强度;同时,协同创新效率对区域碳排放强度存在双重门槛效应,当门槛值达到0.30时,对区域碳排放强度存在抑制作用,当其大于0.42时,其抑制作用明显增强。基于此,从积极推进“区域协同”发展战略、注重区域差异性和增强区域协同创新的共同治理等方面提出相应的政策建议,以促进地区绿色、高质量发展。 Based on the panel data of 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2005 to 2017(excluding Tibet Autonomous Region and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),the super-efficiency sbmmodel is used to measure the efficiency of regional collaborative innovation,and the spatial Dubin model and the double threshold model are used to demonstrate the spillover effect of collaborative innovation efficiency test.The research results show that,on the whole,collaborative innovation efficiency can directly reduce regional carbon emission,and there is a significant spatial spillover effect.Spatially,collaborative innovation efficiency can not only reduce regional carbon emission,but also produce spatial spillover effect on the carbon in neighboring regions.At the same time,the collaborative innovation efficiency has a double threshold effect on regional carbon emission.When the threshold value reaches 0.30,there is a suppressing effect on regional carbon emission.When it is greater than 0.42,the inhibitory effect is significantly enhanced.Based on this,the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed from the perspective of actively promoting the development strategy of"regional synergy",focusing on regional differences and enhancing the joint governance of regional collaborative innovation,so as to promote regional green and high-quality development.
