Objective To investigate the risk factors of postoperative incision infection in patients with pelvic fracture. Methods A total of 90 patients with pelvic fracture admitted in the hospital from May 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,11 patients occoured postoperative incision infection.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the independent risk factors for postoperative incision infection in patients with pelvic fracture. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, body type, diabetes,ISS score, acetabular fracture,Morel-Lavallee injury, operation timing and intraoperative blood transfusion volume were the related factors effect the postoperative incision infection in patients with pelvic fracture(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, body type, acetabular fracture and Morel-Lavallee injury were the independent risk factors of postoperative incision infection in patients with pelvic fracture(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,body type, acetabular fracture and Morel-Lavallee injury aff ect the independent risk factors of postoperative incision infection in patients with pelvic fracture.Nursing staff should formulate corresponding nursing intervention strategies according to the above risk factors in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative incision infection in patients with pelvic fracture.
