团体心理辅导对喉癌患者心理痛苦及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of group psychological counseling on psychological distress,anxiety and depression in patients with laryngeal cancer

目的探讨团体心理辅导对喉癌手术患者心理痛苦及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月四川省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院108例喉癌患者为研究对象,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组采取喉癌患者常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予团体心理辅导。患者在入院次日均进行心理痛苦及焦虑抑郁自评量表评分,术后10 d再次评估患者的心理痛苦、焦虑、抑郁水平,出院时评估患者护理服务满意度。结果干预前,两组心理痛苦水平,焦虑抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组心理痛苦水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组的焦虑水平,抑郁水平均低于对照组,护理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体心理辅导在喉癌患者围术期心理干预中能有效缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,提高护理服务满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of group psychological counseling on psychological pain,anxiety and depression of patients with laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 108 patients with laryngeal cancer from January 2019 to September 2020 admitted in a third class tumor hospital in Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups,108 patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given group psychological counseling based on the control group.To evaluate the patients'psychological pain,anxiety and depression scale on the second day of admission.The patients'psychological pain,anxiety and depression levels were evaluated again 10 days after operation,and the patients'satisfaction with nursing service was evaluated at discharge.Results Before intervention,there was no signifi cant diff erence in psychological distress level,anxiety and depression score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,there was no significant difference in the level of psychological distress between the two groups(P>0.05),while the anxiety level and depression level of the observation group were lower than the control group,the nursing service satisfaction was higher than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Group psychological counseling could effectively relieve anxiety and depression in perioperative psychological intervention of laryngeal cancer patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing services.
