摘要 本文通过对G95Cr18棒材非金属夹杂物超标问题进行原因分析,找出氧含量偏高是引起点状夹杂物超标的主要因素。通过在LF炉精炼阶段一次性补喂铝线、调整合理的精炼渣系、采用保护气氛炉座电渣重熔等改进措施,经过多次试验成功解决了非金属夹杂物冶金缺陷,产品夹杂物控制水平得到稳定,产品质量符合标准要求。 The causes of the non-metallic inclusion exceeding the standard of G95Cr18 bar was analyzed in this paper.The high oxygen content in the system is the main factor causing the point inclusions to exceed the stan-dard.Through the improvement measures of one-time feeding aluminum wire in LF refining stage,adjusting rea-sonable refining slag system and adopting ESR in protective atmosphere furnace,the metallurgical defects of non-metallic inclusion have been successfully solved through many tests.The control level of product inclusions is stable,and the product quality meets the requirements of customers.
