Gr.16钛合金铸锭制备工艺研究

摘要 Gr.16钛合金铸锭主元素为钯,钯金属属于不可再生的稀缺的资源,随着市场需求量增大,钯的价格将受到一定影响,钯属于贵金属,且为了降低制备Gr.16钛合金铸锭成本,本实验研究在不添加钯粉的情况下制备Gr.16钛合金铸锭,共两种方案,第一种是直接使用TA9冒口制备,制备简单,第二种是使用TA8钛合金铸锭与足够高氧的TA9钛合金铸锭制备,过程复杂,但产量高,有利于生产。 The main element of Gr.16 titanium alloy ingot is palladium.Palladium metal is a non renewable and scarce resource.With the increase of market demand,the price of palladium will be affected to some extent.Palladium is a precious metal.In order to reduce the cost of preparing Gr.16 titanium alloy ingot,this experimental study prepared Gr.16 titanium alloy ingot without adding palladium powder.There are two schemes,The first is di-rectly prepared by using TA9 riser,which is simple.The second is prepared by using TA8 titanium alloy ingot and-TA9 titanium alloy ingot with enough high oxygen.The process is complex,but the output is high,which is con-ducive to production.
