不锈钢精轧甩尾原因分析及控制

摘要 为提高某1780不锈钢热轧生产线稳定性,分析其在生产薄规格产品时产生的甩尾原因,从提高中间坯温度,优化操作水平,改善粗轧来料板形等多方面进行调整,提高了轧制稳定性,减少了精轧甩尾次数,从而降低了辊印质量缺陷,提高了热轧厂产量和产品质量。 In order to improve the stability of 1780 stainless steel hot rolling production line,the causes of tail flick in the production of thin specification products were analyzed.By increasing the temperature of intermediate bil-let,optimizing the operation level and improving the incoming shape of roughing mill,the rolling stability was im-proved,the number of tail flick in finishing rolling was reduced,the quality defects of roll printing were reduced,and the output and product quality of hot rolling plant were improved.
