摘要
本文参照GB/T229-2020版附录E吸收能量值的测量不确定度,给出了得到与试验材料一组试样的平均吸收能量KV相关的不确定度u(KV)的稳健方法,冲击试验结果的影响因素很多,为了使冲击试验结果的测量不确定度评定具有可操作性,对高强汽车钢TS700L进行不确定度评定,包含试验机误差、试验材料的均匀性和试验机的重复性、试验机分辨力、试验温度几个分量。结果表明,冲击吸收能量值82.7J的扩展不确定度U=8J,k=2.45。
Referring to the measurement uncertainty of the absorption energy value of appendix E of GB/T229-2020,this paper presents a robust method to obtain the uncertainty u(KV)related to the average absorption en⁃ergy(KV)of a group of test materials,in order to make the measurement uncertainty evaluation of impact test result operable,the uncertainty evaluation of high strength automobile steel TS700L was carried out,it includes error of testing machine,uniformity of testing material,repeatability of testing machine,resolution of testing machine and testing temperature.The results show that the expanded uncertainty of shock absorption energy value of 82.7 J is U=8J,k=2.45.
