摘要
焦炭水分含量高,不利于高炉炉况稳定,能耗增加。目前多采用高炉热风炉尾气烘干焦炭,为解决高温气体不足、热源温度低、焦仓附近出现CO泄露风险的问题,结合不锈钢热轧厂加热炉排放尾气充足且温度高达300℃以上,能够进一步利用,提出了利用热轧加热烟气炉烘干焦炭的技术。不仅能够充分利用加热炉余热,还能解决CO泄露风险,同时焦炭水分能降低2%以上,能够达到降本增效的目的。
The high moisture content of coke is not conducive to the stability of blast furnace and increase of en⁃ergy consumption.At present,the hot blast furnace exhaust gas drying coke.In order to solve the problems of insuffi⁃cient high temperature gas,low heat source temperature,and CO leakage risk near the coke bin,the technology of drying coke in hot rolling flue gas furnace was put forward in combination with the fact that the exhaust gas of hot roll⁃ing mill furnace is sufficient and the temperature is above 300℃,which can be further utilized.Not only can make full use of the heating furnace waste heat,but also can solve the risk of CO leakage,at the same time,coke water can reduce more than 1.6%,can achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
