某钢厂一炼钢以生产200系不锈钢为主。从其现场实际出发,分析了影响AOD冶炼吨钢成本的因素包括:AOD冶炼使用的原辅材料、配气工冶炼过程控制、设备运行和冶炼工艺。就影响AOD冶炼吨钢成本的因素,采取了以下措施:加强控制AOD使用的原辅材料;加强操作工冶炼过程控制;加强AOD设备的管理与维护;优化冶炼工艺;提高操作工降本意识;完善AOD车间降本增效管理制度等。通过一个月的实施与坚持,AOD成本吨钢降低83元,达到了较好的降本增效目的。

The first steelmaking plant of a steel plant mainly produces 200 series stainless steel.Based on the actual situation,the factors affecting the cost per ton of steel in AOD smelting furnace are analyzed,including raw and auxiliary materials used in AOD smelting furnace,process control of gas distributor,equipment operation and smelt-ing process.In view of the factors affecting the cost per ton steel produced by AOD,the following measures have been taken:strengthening the control of raw and auxiliary materials used by AOD;strengthening the smelting process con-trol of operators;strengthening the management and maintenance of AOD equipment;optimizing smelting process;im-proving the awareness of cost reduction of operators;improving AOD workshop cost reduction and efficiency manage-ment system.Through one month's implementation and persistence,AOD cost per ton of steel is reduced by 83 yuan,achieving a better purpose of cost reduction and efficiency increase.
