摘要 与正面教育一样,惩戒教育也是必不可少的。多维困境中的教育惩戒,需要坚持“法-理-情”立法逻辑与“情-理-法”实践诉求相统一,做到情理法三尽,确保教育惩戒合情、合理、合法,以回应社会的道德期待与公众的伦理要求,实现有温度、有精度、有力度的教育惩戒。 Like positive education,disciplinary education is essential.In a multi-dimensional predicament,it is necessary for educational discipline to adhere to the unity of“law-reason-emotion”legislative logic and the“emotion-reason-law”practice requirements to ensure that the educational discipline is sensible,rational and legal,so as to respond to the moral expectation of the society and the ethical requirements of the public,and achieve the warmth,precision,and power of educational discipline.
