摘要
为解决无人机电力巡检人才需求不足的问题,建设了无人机电力巡检实训课程,并提出“三四三”教学体系、“五阶段递进式”课程内容体系和“四位一体”的考核方式,旨在建立一门适合现代无人机电力巡检的专业实践课程。同时,创建无人机学生创新团队并深化校企合作,有针对性地为企业培养电力巡检人才,注重人才的实用性与实效性。教学实践证明,该课程内容体系可行、有效,符合用人单位的要求。
In order to solve the problem of lack of talents for UAV power patrol inspection,the UAV power patrol training course puts forward"three four three"teaching system,"five stage progressive"course content system and"four in one"assessment mode,aiming to establish a professional practice course suitable for modern UAV power patrol inspection mode.At the same time,it is necessary to establish a UAV student innovation team and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,train power inspection talents for enterprises,and pay attention to the practicability and effectiveness of talents.According to the teaching practice,the course content system is feasible and effective,and meets the requirements of the employer.
