纳西族东巴体育文化探析

东巴体育文化作为东巴文化的重要构成,也是纳西族和我国民族传统体育文化的重要组成部分。伴随着纳西族漫长的历史进程,东巴体育文化形成了东巴舞蹈、东巴武术以及射箭等多种文化式样,具有原生性与交融性兼具、民族性与民间性共融以及典雅性与世俗性并存的文化特质,并在文化交流、社会和谐交往、凝聚民族认同和体育健身休闲方面展现出重要的传承价值。建议加大对东巴传统体育项目的整理力度,深入阐发东巴体育文化的内涵,融合现代媒体技术创新其表达方式。

As an important component of Dongba culture,Dongba sports culture is also an important part of the traditional sports culture of the Naxi and the Chinese nation.With the long history of the Naxi people,Dongba sports culture has formed a variety of cultural forms such as Dongba dance,Dongba martial arts and archery.They have the cultural characteristics of the integration of originality and fusion,nationality and folkness,and the coexistence of elegance and secularity,and they have important inheritance value in cultural exchanges,social harmony,national identity,sports,fitness and leisure.We propose to intensify efforts to sort out Dongba′s traditional sports,to in-depth elucidate the connotation of Dongba′s sports culture,and to innovate their expression methods through modern media technologies.
