省级考试“云阅卷”协同机制的构建

摘要 考试大数据作为教育大数据的重要组成部分,云阅卷为建立考试大数据提供了可能,考试大数据可用于评价学生学习成果和教师教学效果。从数据安全角度出发,依托教育专网建设考试大数据将是未来趋势。依托云南省义务教育专网,以云南普通高中2019—2021年的连续5次高三统测为基础,经云南教育科研机构经过3年的探索与实践,结合管理、技术、资源、共享、约束等条件建立起具有操作性较强的省、州市、县、校“云阅卷”四级协同机制。本研究从管理协同机制、技术协同机制、资源协同机制和利益协同机制四个方面说明其可操作性,为改进教学和个性化指导提供了参考依据。 Examination big data is an important part of education big data.Cloud scoring provides the possibility for the establishment of examination big data,which can be used to evaluate students′learning performance and teachers′teaching effects.From the perspective of data security,relying on the education network to build examination big data will be a future trend.Relying on the Yunnan Provincial Compulsory Education Special Network,based on the 5 consecutive high school third-level tests conducted by Yunnan regular high schools from 2019 to 2021,and after 3 years of exploration and practice by Yunnan′s education and research institutions,combining management,technology,resources,sharing,constraints and other conditions,the four-level coordination mechanism of′cloud scoring′with strong operability at the provincial,municipal,county,and school levels is established.This study explains its operability from four aspects:management coordination mechanism,technology coordination mechanism,resource coordination mechanism and benefit coordination mechanism zhe,and provides a reference for improving teaching and personalized guidance.
