京津冀协同发展的关键在于发展绿色经济,京张绿色经济合作发展具有地理、交通和政策等有利条件。文章深入分析张家口市与北京市绿色经济合作面临的挑战,提出提升张家口市绿色经济发展水平、承接北京市各类生产要素的溢出、实现与北京市人才资源的有限共享、加大张家口市生态环境保护力度以及建立指导协调机制与市场调节机制等对策。

The key to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development is the development of green economy.Based on the analysis of the challenges for the cooperation between Zhangjiakou and Beijing in green economy,the paper puts forward such measures as improving the development level of green economy in Zhangjiakou,accepting the coming productive elements from Beijing,realizing the share of talent resources with Beijing,strengthening the ecological environmental protection,and establishing the guidance and coordination mechanism and market adjustment mechanism.
