借助中医传承辅助平台的针灸治疗哮喘用穴及组方规律探讨

Exploring the Rules of Acupoint Selection and Prescription of Acupuncture for Asthma by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform

目的对近六年来针灸治疗哮喘的穴位组方进行统计,并分析其特点和规律,运用中医传承辅助平台分析得出新穴位组方。方法检索2014年1月1日至2020年12月31日中国知网、万方、维普和PubMed数据库中运用针灸治疗哮喘的相关文献,选择符合标准文献,规范穴位名称后,将穴位组方录入数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台对所得穴位组方进行频次分析、关联规则分析、层次聚类分析后,并绘制复杂网络图。结果搜索出关于针灸治疗哮喘的文章共1852篇,经过筛查纳入95篇合格文献中共有103首穴位组方,涉及44个穴位,肺俞为使用频率最高穴位,其余穴位可根据患者情况酌情使用;穴位组方中身体部位多用到背部和四肢;膀胱经与肺经为治疗哮喘主选经脉;关联规则分析出高频穴组出现概率;层次聚类分析衍化出5首新穴位组方。结论局部选穴为治疗哮喘最常用选穴方法;高频穴位组合中的配穴方法主要以局部配穴为主;新穴位组方中配伍方法主要为远近配伍,秉承标本兼治,扶正祛邪的治疗原则,可两两组合应用,辨证论治更能全面揭露哮喘的本质。

Objective:To count the acupoint prescriptions for asthma treated by acupuncture in recent six years,analyze its characteristic and rule,to obtain the new acupoint formulation through the analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Inheritance Auxiliary Platform. Methods:The literatures on the use of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of asthma in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and PubMed from January 1,2014 to December 31,2020 were retrieved,and the acupoint prescriptions were entered into the database according to the standards of inclusion and exclusion. After frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and hierarchical clustering analysis on the obtained acupoint formulas through the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform,a complex network diagram was drawn. Results:There were a total of 1 852 articles on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of asthma. After screening,a total of 103 acupoint formulas were included in 95 qualified literatures,involving 44 acupoints. Feishu was the most frequently used acupuncture point,and the remaining acupoints could be used as appropriate according to the patient′s condition. The body parts in the acupoint formulas were mostly used on the back and limbs;the bladder meridian and lung meridians were the main meridians for the treatment of asthma;the association rules analyzed the probability of occurrence of high-frequency acupoint groups;hierarchical clustering analysis derived 5 new acupoint formulas. Conclusion:Local selection of acupoints is the most commonly used method for the treatment of asthma;the method of high-frequency acupoint combination is mainly local acupuncture;the compatibility method in the new acupoint formula is mainly the combination of distance and near. The treatment principle can be applied in combination of two,adhering to the treatment principle of treating both symptoms and root causes,strengthening the positive and eliminating the evil,and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation can fully reveal the essence of asthma.
