中医药治疗缓慢性心律失常的系统评价再评价

An Overview of Systematic Reviews of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Bradyarrhythmia

目的旨在对中医药治疗缓慢性心律失常系统评价的质量进行再评价。方法计算机检索中英文数据库,搜集中医药治疗缓慢性心律失常的系统评价/Meta分析,检索时限为各数据库建库至2020年7月,基于PRISMA声明、AMSTAR2量表和GRADE分级方法对纳入研究的报告质量、方法学质量以及证据质量进行评价。结果共纳入10篇系统评价/Meta分析;PRIMSA声明评价提示,报告质量问题主要表现在方案与注册、资料条目和资金来源方面;AMSTAR2量表评价显示,16个条目中存在问题最多的有5条;GRADE分级结果显示,5个结局指标的证据质量均为低或极低,导致质量降级最主要因素为局限性和发表偏倚。结论目前中医药治疗缓慢性心律失常系统评价/Meta分析提供的证据质量等级偏低,相关研究的方法学质量有待进一步提高。

Objective:To make an overview of systematic reviews(SR)for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia. Methods:The Chinese and English databases were searched for SR of TCM in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia from inception to July 2020. The PRISMA statement,AMSTAR2 scale and GRADE method were used to evaluate the quality of SR. Results:A total of 10 SR in all were included. The problems of report quality lie in protocol registration,data entry and funding sources;according to AMSTAR2,5 of the16 items had the most problems;the results of GRADE showed that the quality of evidence of 5 outcomes were low or very low,and the main factors leading to quality degradation were limitations and publication bias. Conclusion:The quality of evidence provided by SR of TCM in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia is low,and the methodological quality of related studies needs to be further improved.
