消痈促愈方对高位肛周脓肿术后患者的疗效及炎症因子的影响

Effect of Xiaoyong Cuyu Formula on Postoperative Patients with High Perianal Abscess and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

目的观察消痈促愈方对高位肛周脓肿术后患者的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法 90例高位肛周脓肿患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各45例。对照组患者予以高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,观察组患者予以消痈促愈方熏洗治疗。观察两组患者术后第1、7、14天创面相对面积、创面疼痛、分泌物、周围组织水肿变化,创面腐肉脱落时间、创面愈合时间,以及术后第14天时炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果在术后第7、14天时,观察组患者创面相对面积、创面疼痛、分泌物、周围组织水肿评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者术后创面腐肉脱落时间、创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P <0.05);术后第14天时,两组患者炎症因子IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平较前均降低(P <0.05),观察组患者明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为91.11%,明显高于对照组的75.56%(P <0.05)。结论消痈促愈方可减轻高位肛周脓肿术后患者创面相对面积、创面疼痛、分泌物、周围组织水肿,减少创面腐肉脱落时间、创面愈合时间,减轻炎症反应,明显提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyong Cuyu Formula on postoperative patients with high perianal abscess and its influence on inflammatory iactors.Methods:A total of 90 patients with high perianal abscess were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group according to random number table method after operation,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution bath,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoyong Cuyu Formula fumigation.The changes of relative area,pain,secretion,edema of surrounding tissue,the time of decaying meat falling off and wound healing,and the changes of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)on the 14th day after operation were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:On the 7th and 14th day after operation,the scores of relative area of wound,wound pain,secretion and edema of surrounding tissue in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of decayed meat falling off and wound healing in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difiference was statistically significant(P<0.05);on the 14th day after operation,the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the two groups were lower than those before,but the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6,CRP and TNF-αin the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.11%,which was significandy higher than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyong Cuyu Formula can reduce the wound area,wound pain,secretions,and surrounding tissue edema in patients with high perianal abscess after operation,reduce the time of sloughing of wounds,wound healing time,reduce in-flammation,and significantly improve clinical efficacy.
