老年耐药菌肺炎具有发病率高、治疗费用高、死亡率高、预后差的特点,已经成为一个国际性健康问题。中医药在其正气亏虚、痰热壅肺、瘀毒互阻的病机基础上辨证治疗,已经形成系统化、规模化。其中正气贯穿疾病全程,与病情发展关系密切,故应当早期全程扶正。正气亏虚主要为气虚和阴虚,其中阴虚程度在病程早、中、晚各个阶段的轻重有所不同,初期阴损并不明显,中后期阴损才逐渐加重。故只有把握正气亏虚的演变规律,抓住扶正时机,才能提高临床疗效。

Drug-resistant bacterial pneumonia in the elderly has become an international health problem due to its high incidence,high treatment cost,high mortality and poor prognosis. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has taken corresponding treatment measures based on syndrome differentiation on the pathogenesis of deficiency of vital qi,phlegm-heat accumulating in lung and blood stasis and toxin mutual resistance,which has been systematic and large-scale. The healthy qi runs through the whole process of the disease and is closely related to the development of the disease,so it should be supported in the early full stage. The deficiency of vital qi mainly includes qi deficiency and yin deficiency. The degree of yin deficiency is different in the early,middle and late stages of the disease. The initial yin loss is not obvious,and the yin loss in the middle and late stages of is gradually increased.Therefore,only by grasping the evolution rules of deficiency of vital qi and grasping the opportunity of Fuzheng can the clinical curative effect be improved.
