汽车塑料保险杠涂装废水处理工艺研究

摘要 为了改善汽车塑料产品加工中的保险杠涂装废水处理工艺水平,本文引入生化处理工艺,在传统废水处理方法基础上进行改进。本研究利用污泥浓缩池、缺氧池、厌氧池、接触氧化池等,构建完整的废水处理体系,运用该体系对废水采取深度处理。测试结果显示,本处理工艺的应用,NH_(3)-N、BOD5、COD、pH值均达到了排放标准,验证了本设计方案可靠性。 In order to improve the technology level of bumper coating wastewater treatment in automobile plastic products processing,biochemical treatment process is introduced in this paper,which is improved on the basis of traditional wastewater treatment methods.In this study,sludge thickening tank,anoxic tank,anaerobic tank and contact oxidation tank were used to build a complete wastewater treatment system,which was used for advanced treatment of wastewater.The test results show that the NH_(3)-N,BOD5,COD and pH values of the treatment process meet the emission standards,which verifies the reliability of the design scheme.
