摘要 随着塑性材料领域的发展与壮大,塑性材料的功能日益强大,其应用范围也日益广泛。在汽车领域中,选用适宜的塑性材料来代替金属材料于汽车零部件产品的生产的发展进程也得以推进。随着对汽车轻量化和节能环保的号召,“以塑代钢”迎来快速发展的新时期。研究发现,“以塑代钢”在汽车零部件领域中的应用,在保证产品原有可靠性的同时,还不同程度的提升了产品的性能;此外,汽车塑料件相较于金属件,具有轻量化、可塑性强等优势。 With the development and expansion of the plastic material field,the function of plastic material is becoming more and more powerful,and its application scope is becoming more and more extensive.In the automotive field,the selection of suitable plastic materials to replace metal materials in the production of automotive parts and components is also promoted.With the call for automobile lightening and energy saving and environmental protection,the new period of rapid development is ushered in"plastics to replace steel".The research found that the application of"plastics to replace steel"in the field of automotive parts ensures the original reliability of products,but also improves the performance of products to varying degrees.In addition,automotive plastic parts have advantages of lightweight and plasticity compared with metal parts.
