喷油器IQA功能对发动机一致性修正的研究

Study on Engine Production Consistency by Injector IQA Function

为了研究喷油器IQA功能对发动机性能及排放的影响,在发动机试验台架准备了一组中值喷油器及多组极值喷油器,进行添加IQA功能前后的性能及排放试验。对添加IQA功能前后的极值喷油器试验数据进行分析,得出:极值喷油器在添加IQA功能后,其性能及排放均可得到一定的修正。

In order to study the modification ability of injector IQA function to engine performance and emission,a set of median injectors and several sets of extremum injectors are prepared on engine test bench,performance and emission tests were performed on these injectors before and after adding IQA function.After analysis the test data,we can conclude that:the median injectors can be corrected after add the IQA function.
