浅谈数控铣床加工中线性尺寸的控制方法 被引量:3

摘要 数控铣床是一种在现代机械加工中使用较为广泛的数控机床。数控铣床具有高效率、高精度、高柔性等特点,一般来说,使用数控铣床加工的零件一般尺寸相对较多。我们在使用数控铣床时,如何保证零件的尺寸精度,优化零件加工工艺和高效精加工方法,明朗化,高效合理、按质按量的完成零件的加工,是每一个从事机械加工行业人所需要重视和追求的。本文介绍了两种能应用在数控铣床上的精加工零件尺寸的方法:其中一种是使用数控加工编程软件上余量设置为中差来调整精修尺寸,另一种使用软件编程图形绘制中差使用机床上刀具磨耗来调整精修尺寸。 CNC milling machine is a widely used CNC machine tool in modern machining.CNC milling machine with high efficiency,high precision,high flexibility and other characteristics,in general,the use of CNC milling machine processing parts general size is relatively more.When we use CNC milling machine,how to ensure the dimensional accuracy of parts,optimize parts processing technology and efficient finishing method,clear,efficient and reasonable,quality and quantity of the completion of parts processing,is each engaged in machining industry people need to pay attention to and pursue.This paper introduces two kinds of methods which can be applied to the size of finishing parts in CNC milling machine:one is to adjust the size of finishing parts by setting the allowance as the middle difference in NC programming software,the other is to adjust the size of finishing parts by using the tool wear on the machine tool to draw the middle difference in NC programming software.
