摘要
目前,涡轮发电机在石油行业应用极为广泛,尤其对海上石油设施来说,普遍采用涡轮发电机作为动力设备,保证涡轮发电机稳定良好的运行,实现持续不断的动力供应,是十分必要的。本课题基于某油田使用的涡轮发电机组滑油频繁高温的现象,通过对环境、滑油流程、结构布局等多方面的分析,对滑油高温的故障进行诊断,提出了多种滑油冷却方案,分析了措施的可行性,并经过实践探索最佳的滑油风冷方式:抽风式风冷,为涡轮机组的类似故障提供了思路。
At present,the turbine generator is widely applied in petroleum industry,especially for offshore oil facilities,widely used as power turbine generator equipment,guarantee the stability of turbine generator good running,realize the continuous power supply,it is very necessary This topic is based on the use of in certain oilfield in the turbogenerator lubricating oil frequently the phenomenon of high temperature,through the lubricating oil flow to the environment Based on the analysis of the structure layout and other aspects,the fault diagnosis of high temperature lubricating oil was carried out,a variety of lubricating oil cooling schemes were proposed,the feasibility of the measures was analyzed,and the best lubricating oil air cooling method,extraction air cooling,was explored through practice,providing a train of thought for similar faults of turbine units.
