摘要
本热能驱动小车即新能源汽车模型,依托辽宁省大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛暨全国工程训练竞赛选拔赛,设计一个由燃烧酒精产出的热能提供动力、机械零件传递能量的创新型机械结构新能源小车,利用热能转化为动能的原理提供小车向前运动的动力,满足命题的运动轨迹,该设计是由凸轮构成的转向机构以及由齿轮构成二级圆柱齿轮减速机构组成的运动装置。本论文详细阐述说明了该热能驱动车的设计和制作过程。
The thermal energy driven car is a carbon free car,which comes from the proposition of Liaoning College Students'engineering training comprehensive ability competition and national engineering training competition.An innovative mechanical structure carbon free car is designed,which is powered by thermal energy and transmitted by mechanical parts.It uses the principle of thermal energy into kinetic energy to provide the forward motion power of the mechanical structure car,According to the motion trajectory of the proposition,the steering mechanism composed of cams and the two-stage cylindrical gear reducer composed of gears are designed.
