摘要
我国石油开采进入中后期,各大油田因井底出砂、化学防砂作业以及管杆腐蚀碎屑等杂物混入井液中造成常规抽油泵漏失、卡泵等问题愈发突出;井身结构、冲程、冲次、泵径、扶正器分布、沉没度以及含水率对抽油泵管杆偏磨的影响持续加大,直接影响现场连续性生产。现创新设计出一种自转旋流抽油泵,通过螺旋总成增加油液举升时的水平速度,进而增加其对杂质颗粒的举升能力,可避免在固定阀球处沉降淤积以引起的卡泵、堵泵等现象。
China's oil exploitation has entered the middle and late stages.The problems of conventional oil well pumps such as leakage and jamming of conventional oil wells have become more prominent due to sand production at the bottom of the well,chemical sand control operations,and pipe and rod corrosion debris mixed into the well fluid.The influence of stroke,pump diameter,centralizer distribution,submergence and water content on the eccentric wear of the oil well pump tube and rod continues to increase,which directly affects the continuous production at the job site and increases a large amount of cost input.Now an innovative design of a self-rotating swirl oil pump,through the screw assembly to increase the horizontal speed of the oil when lifting,so as to increase the lifting capacity of the oil on the impurity particles,so as to avoid its sedimentation and siltation at the fixed valve ball.
