氟尿嘧啶与常用止吐药在Y型输液通路中的相容性 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究氟尿嘧啶与常用止吐药在Y型输液通路中的相容性,以评价临床配伍用药的合理性和可行性。方法模拟临床实际Y型输液通路,在室温不避光环境下,向氟尿嘧啶以0.9%氯化钠注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液配置后两种临用前药液中,分别加入临床单次常用量的一种止吐药(盐酸昂丹司琼、盐酸格拉司琼、盐酸托烷司琼、盐酸阿扎司琼、盐酸帕洛诺司琼或地塞米松磷酸钠)临用前药液,等体积混匀后,共得12种配伍液。对配伍液在配置后0,0.5,1,2和4 h的外观性状、pH值、氟尿嘧啶浓度进行考察。结果氟尿嘧啶与盐酸昂丹司琼混合后即产生白色浑浊,其他10种配伍液在4 h内均保持无色、澄清,未见气泡、紊状物和沉淀等产生,不溶性微粒、pH值和配伍液中氟尿嘧啶浓度均符合配伍要求。结论在室温不避光情况下,氟尿嘧啶与盐酸昂丹司琼在Y型输液通路中配伍不相容,与其他5种止吐药配伍相容。 Objective To study the compatibility of common antiemetics and fluorouracil in Y-site infusion channels,so as to evaluate the rationality and feasibility of the clinical admixture.Methods The actual clinical Y-site infusion channel was simulated.The equal volume of one pre-use solution(ondansetron hydrochloride,granisetron hydrochloride,tropisetron hydrochloride,azasetron hydrochloride,palonosetron hydrochloride or dexamethasone sodium phosphate)was added into the other pre-used solution of either fluorouracil diluted with 0.9%sodium chloride or 5%glucose injection at room temperature without light blocking,and a total of 12 groups of admixtures were obtained.The appearance,pH value,and fluorouracil concentration of the compatible solution of these 12 groups at 0,0.5,1,2 and 4 h after mixing were investigated.Results The admixtures of fluorouracil and ondansetron hydrochloride produced white turbidity immediately after mixing.The other admixtures remained colorless and clear,without bubbles,turbulence,and precipitation within 4 h.The insoluble particles,pH value and the content of fluorouracil met the compatibility requirements.Conclusion Fluorouracil is not compatible with ondansetron hydrochloride in Y-site infusion channels under the condition of room temperature and light blocking,and is compatible with other five antiemetics.
