摘要
以降低玻纤窑炉玻璃气泡为切入点,分析窑炉纯氧燃烧气氛控制、配合料调整对提高玻璃品质的重要性,根据实践经验以及检测数据等对电子细纱窑内燃烧气氛和气泡控制方法进行了一些对比分析总结,力求达到对玻璃纤维生产(玻璃气泡控制方面)起到一些指导作用,同时对玻纤窑炉纯氧燃烧面对的新问题提出解决措施。
Taking the decrease of bubbles in molten glass in fiberglass furnaces as a starting point, this paper analyzes the importance of controlling oxy-fuel combustion atmosphere and adjusting glass batch for improving glass quality. Based on the practical experiences and testing data, some methods for controlling the combustion atmosphere and bubbles in the furnaces producing electronic yarns are compared and summarized in an attempt to provide some guidance to bubble control in glass fiber production and propose some measures for solving the new problems arising in the oxy-fuel combustion in fiberglass furnaces.
