Key Factors of Automatic Emulsion Preparation System

对玻璃纤维浸润剂中乳液的自动生产控制过程进行了研究。主要从乳液生产过程中的关键控制点、乳液自动化生产流程的控制步骤以及设备在实际安装中的注意事项等几个方面进行了阐述,从而实现乳液从人工配制到自动化配制的转变。

In this paper, the automatic control process for production of emulsion used in fiberglass sizing agent is studied. Several aspects such as the key control points in the emulsion production process, the control steps of the automatic emulsion production process and the precautions in the actual installation of equipment are explained so as to realize the transformation from manual preparation to automated preparation of emulsion.
