“两碳目标”下铀资源的保障能力及应对策略 被引量:14

摘要 在我国实现“两碳目标”新的发展格局下,核电将发挥重要作用。如何适应新发展形势的要求加强相应的铀资源保障能力,是天然铀产业未来发展值得重视的问题。文章在跟踪全球能源发展战略和各国政府的规划部署,系统调研国际咨询机构、国际原子能机构以及业内专家对未来核电发展、铀资源供需等方面的最新资料和分析预判信息基础上,对新时代“两碳目标”对我国核电发展的要求,核电发展对铀资源的需求,以及铀资源的保障能力及应对策略进行了分析研究。分析表明:全球铀资源总量和前景对核电发展能够起到重要的支撑作用,通过构建“产-贸-储-运”天然铀保障体系,可以实现对我国核电发展所需天然铀的安全稳定供应。 Under the new situation of 2030 Carbon Peak and 2060 Carbon-neutral for China,nuclear power will become more and more important.How to enhance the support capability of uranium resource to meet the demand of nuclear power development has become a noticeable question for the natural uranium industry.In this paper,By tracing the global energy development strategy and the deployment of main countries,the latest data and tendency for future nuclear power development,the related uranium demand and support predicted by international inquiry organization,IAEA and industry experts were systematically collected and analyzed.Based on the analyzing outcome,the demand of China’s nuclear power development in the era of 2030 Carbon Peak and 2060 Carbon-neutral ization and the related requirement for uranium resource was discussed,the supporting capability of uranium resource and Countermeasures to meet the requirement were analyzed and studied.The analysis showed that the global total resource and prediction scenario can act as the important role in supporting the resource for nuclear power development.China can provide the safety and stable supply for the demanded natural uranium for the nuclear power development by building a productiontrade-storage-transportation guarantee system.
