数字普惠金融对家庭商业保险需求影响实证研究

The Empirical Study of the Influence of Digital Inclusive Finance on Household Demand for Commercial Insurance

本文将SWUFE-CHFS数据与PKU-DFIIC数据进行匹配,实证研究了数字普惠金融对家庭商业保险需求的影响。研究表明,数字普惠金融的发展能够显著提高家庭商业保险购买可能性,我国家庭商业保险需求受数字普惠金融发展的深刻影响,在控制内生性问题后估计结果依旧显著。进一步研究影响机制发现,数字普惠金融发展通过家庭收入水平、金融知识、对商业保险的信任三个管道有效促进了家庭对商业保险的需求。异质性分析表明,数字普惠金融对农村家庭、普通收入家庭以及欠发达地区家庭的保险需求促进作用更大。这些研究结果为我国数字化时代深入挖掘居民商业保险消费需求,促进保险业高质量发展提供了科学指导。

Through the match of SWUFE data and PKU-DFIIC data,the article has conducted an empirical study of the influence of digital inclusive finance on household demand for commercial insurance.The study shows that the development of digital inclusive finance can prominently increase the possibility of household purchase of commercial insurance,the household demand for commercial insurance in China is deeply influenced by the development of digital inclusive finance,and the estimated results are still prominent after the control of endogeneity.The further study of impact mechanism shows that digital inclusive finance effectively promotes the household demand for commercial insurance through three channels of household income level,financial knowledge and trust in commercial insurance.The heterogeneity analysis shows that digital inclusive finance gives more promotion to rural households,normal income households and households in under-developed areas.All these results have offered scientific guidance for the deep mining residents'consumption demand for commercial insurance in an era of digitalization in China and for the promotion of high-quality development of insurance industry.
