社会信任对居民生活满意度的影响分析——基于西北五省区的社会调查

Analysis of the Impact of Social Trust on Residents’life Satisfaction——Based on the Social Survey of Five Provinces in Northwest China

社会信任是影响居民生活满意度的重要因素。本文基于新冠疫情期间西北5省区社会调查数据,利用ordered logit回归模型分析了社会信任对居民生活满意度的影响。研究结果表明:居民对中央政府的信任程度最高,制度(组织)信任在省区分布上存在一定的差异。社会信任与居民生活满意度呈正相关,对基层政府的信任程度显著影响居民生活满意度。居民的人际信任对居民心理健康状况和未来生活的信心有直接影响。为此,要构建基于社会诚信的社会信任文化体系,加强居民人际信任关系建设,增强居民获取、识别信息的能力。

Social trust is an important factor affecting residents’life satisfaction.Based on the social survey data of five northwestern provinces during the new coronavirus epidemic,this paper analyzes the influence of social trust on residents’life satisfaction by using the ordered logit regression model.The results show that the residents have the highest degree of trust in central government,and there are some differences in the distribution of institutional(organizational)trust in provinces.Social trust is positively correlated with residents’life satisfaction,and the degree of trust in grass-roots government significantly affects residents’life satisfaction.Interpersonal trust has a direct impact on residents’mental health and future life confidence.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a social trust culture system based on social integrity,strengthen the construction of interpersonal trust relationship,and enhance the ability of residents to obtain and identify information.
