甘南黄河上游水源涵养区建设研究

Research on the Construction of Water ConservationArea in the Upper Yellow River in Gannan

甘南黄河上游水源涵养区是黄河上游重要的水源补给区域和国家生态安全屏障,其作为全国主体功能区之一,在水源补给、调节径流量、保护生物多样性等方面的生态作用不可替代。然而,甘南黄河上游水源涵养区由于受到人为因素和全球气候的影响,生态环境遭到巨大的破坏,由此引发了各界对生态保护与治理的关注。文章从国家生态环境整体战略规划角度出发,首先总结归纳了甘南黄河上游水源涵养区的基本功能,其次在分析黄河水源涵养区建设现状的基础上指出了其面临的困境;最后在甘南黄河上游水源涵养区建设的治理方案和未来可持续发展方面提出相关建议。

The water conservation area in Gannan is an important water supply area and a national ecological security barrier in the upper Yellow River;as one of the main functional areas in the country,it has an irreplaceable ecological role in water supply,runoff regulation,and biodiversity protection.However,the water conservation area of the upper Yellow River in Gannan is affected by human factors and global climate,and the ecological environment has been greatly damaged,which has aroused the attention of all walks of life to ecological protection and governance.From the perspective of the overall strategic planning of the national ecological environment,the article summarizes the basic functions of the water conservation area in the upper Yellow River in Gannan,and then points out the difficulties and problems it faces based on the analysis of the construction status of the water conservation area in the Yellow River;finally,some suggestions are put forward on the construction of water conservation area in the upper Yellow River in Gannan.
