摘要
从生物进化、比较解剖生理学的角度对牛蛙和小鼠两种脊椎动物腓肠肌和十二指肠平滑肌收缩性进行了比较,同时对这两种实验在材料选择方面进行了探讨。结果显示:牛蛙腓肠肌收缩速率和十二指肠收缩幅度、收缩频率相较于小鼠,差异均极显著(P<0.01)。两类动物在收缩性上的差异不仅反映其进化地位,也体现了其结构和生理差异。对比分别使用两种动物进行操作的生理学实验发现,牛蛙操作更简单、节约成本且效果相似。
The contractility of gastrocnemius and duodenal smooth muscle in bullfrogs and mice were compared from the perspectives of biological evolution and comparative anatomy and physiology,and the selection of materials for the contractility experiment of skeletal muscle and physiological characteristics observation experiment of small intestine smooth muscle were discussed.The results showed that the contraction rate of gastrocnemius muscle,the amplitude and frequency of duodenal contraction of bullfrog were significantly different from those of mice(P<0.01).The results showed that the differences in contractility between the two types of animals not only reflected their evolutionary status,but also reflected their structural and physiological differences.By comparing the physiological experiments with two kinds of animals,it was found that the operation of bullfrog was simpler,cost-effective and similar.
