课题引领下师范类专业认证课堂教学改革行动研究 被引量:1

摘要 教师开展课堂教学改革行动研究活动,有利于师范类专业认证课堂教学改革实施及专业认证工作推进,可以激发教师教学兴趣,提高课堂教学质量。具体步骤为:首先,明确师范类专业认证课堂教学特征;其次,组织教师专家团队听课,形成课题,再合作讨论,完善课题;最后,呈现成果,进行效果检验,并多次反复循环。 Classroom teaching action research activities by teachers is conducive to the implementation of classroom teaching reform of teacher professional certification,and it is conducive to promoting teacher professional certification.Classroom teaching action research activities of teacher community under the guidance of the project can stimulate teachers'interest in teaching and improve the quality of classroom teaching.The steps are as follows:firstly to clarify the characteristics of teacher professional certification classroom teaching;secondly to organize a team of teachers and experts to listen to the lectures and form topics;then to cooperate to discuss and improve the topics;the final results are presented and the effects are tested,and to repeat the cycle many times.
