以人为本视域下高校德育评价体系探析

德育评价是高校德育的重要内容,更是高校德育工作的“风向标”。当前高校德育评价制约着高校德育工作的成效。以人为本的高校德育评价体系构建,就是要坚持以学生为中心,突出学生德育主体地位,围绕学生学习、生活多方面表现,通过多元化、多维度、差异化、客观科学的德育评价促进学生的道德发展和人格提升,为每个个体强化道德认知,指引道德规范,促进成长成才。

Moral education evaluation is an important content of moral education in universities,and it is the“vane”of moral educational work in colleges and universities.At present,the evaluation of moral education in colleges and universities restricts the effectiveness of moral education work in colleges and universities.The construction of people-oriented moral education evaluation system in universities is to adhere to student-centered,highlight the main position of students’moral education,promote students’moral development and personality improvement through diversified,multi-dimensional,differentiated,objective and scientific moral education evaluation,strengthen moral cognition,guide moral norms and promote growth and success for each individual.
