摘要
为探究固定化菌剂对油田措施废液残渣的处理效果,分别以麸皮及麸皮炭为载体,采用吸附法制备固定化菌剂,并开展油田措施废液残渣室内处理实验。结果表明:液体环境中,麸皮固定化菌剂与麸皮炭固定化菌剂的原油降解率均比混合菌液降解率提高了30%左右。制备固定化菌剂的过程中,当载体添加量为4.0 g,固定化时间为30 h,固定化温度为35℃时,麸皮及麸皮炭固定化菌剂对微生物的固定化效果最佳。为期63 d的固定化菌剂对油田措施废液残渣处理过程中,麸皮炭固定化菌剂的原油降解率可达89.65%,麸皮固定化菌剂的原油降解率可达85.38%,且两种固定化菌剂均能有效降解不同链长烷烃及不同环数多环芳烃。由此可见,麸皮固定化菌剂和麸皮炭固定化菌剂对油田措施废液残渣具有良好的处理能力,有助于后期油田措施废液残渣无害化处理技术研究。
In order to explore the effect of immobilized bacteria agent on the disposal of residues from oilfield waste liquid treatments,bran and bran charcoal were used as carriers to prepare immobilized bacteria agents by adsorption method,and carry out indoor disposal experiments on the residues.The results showed that the degradation rate of crude oil of the bran immobilized bacteria agent and the bran charcoal immobilized bacteria agent were both about 30%higher than that of the mixed bacteria liquid in the liquid environment.In the process of preparing the immobilized bacteria agent,when the addition of carriers was 4.0 g,the immobilization time was 30 h,and the immobilization temperature was 35℃,bran and bran charcoal immobilized bacteria agent had the best immobilization effect on microorganisms.During the 63 d immobilized bacterial agent treatment process,the crude oil degradation rate of the bran charcoal immobilized bacterial agent reached 89.65%,and the crude oil degradation rate of the bran immobilized bacterial agent reached 85.38%.Both immobilized bacterial agents could effectively degrade alkanes with different chain lengths and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with different ring numbers.It can be seen that the bran immobilized bacteria agent and bran charcoal immobilized bacteria agent had good ability to treat the residues of oilfield waste liquid treatments,which was helpful to the research on the harmless disposal of the residues from oilfield waste liquid treatments.
