高校党建与“立德树人”融合路径探析

On the Integration Path of Party Building and "Moral Education" in Colleges and Universities

高校承担着“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这一重大历史使命,围绕新时代“立德树人”教育根本目标全面加强高校党建工作,牢牢把握党对教育工作的领导是事关第二个“一百年”奋斗目标实现和中华民族伟大复兴的关键环节。紧紧围绕“立德树人”,以高校党建作为重要纽带,通过健全问题倒逼机制、全面深化党委领导下的校长负责制、优化基层党组织建设等途径,努力探索出政治旗帜鲜明、制度科学完备、围绕中心工作、深度融合和科学创新的常态化和长效化“立德树人”与党建融合工作体制机制。

Colleges and universities undertake the important historical mission of training people in terms of what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate.Focusing on the fundamental goal of"Building Morality and Cultivating Talents"in the new era,comprehensively strengthening the party building in colleges and universities and firmly grasping the party's leadership over education are the key links related to the realization of the"Two Centennial Goals"and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Focusing on the fundamental goal of"Building Morality and Cultivating Talents"education,taking the party building in universities as an important link,we should improve the problem driven mechanism,comprehensively deepen the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,optimize the construction of primary Party organizations.Efforts should be made to explore a normalized and long-term working system and mechanism for the integration of"moral education"and Party building,which is characterized by a clear political banner,a scientific and complete system,centering on the central work,deep integration and scientific innovation.
