主体认同视角下高校红色文化教育困境与对策——基于甘肃省9所高校的实证分析

摘要 高校是新时代红色文化教育传播的主阵地,大学生是传承红色基因的主力军。然而从大学生主体认同视角出发,通过对甘肃省9所高校进行问卷调查显示,高校存在红色文化教育内容陈旧、教学方式僵化,红色文化教育途径单一,教育主体协同性不足,校园红色文化活动富于形式而缺乏内涵,学生参与红色文化实践不足等一系列问题,难以激发大学生对红色文化的主体认同。基于以上分析结果,高校必须从主体性视角出发,高度重视大学生红色文化教育传播,不断创新红色文化教育内容与方式,构建红色文化协同育人机制,形成红色文化育人合力,才能提升新时代高校红色文化育人实效。 Colleges are the main front of red culture education in the new era,and college students are the main force of inheriting the red gene.However,from the perspective of college students'subject identity,through a questionnaire survey of nine colleges in Gansu Province,it is found that a series of problems in the red culture education,such as outdated content of red culture education,rigid teaching methods,single way of red culture education,insufficient coordination of educational subjects,rich form and lack of connotation of campus red culture activities,and insufficient students'participation in red culture practice,which are difficult to stimulate college students'subjective identity of red culture.Based on the above analysis results,colleges and universities should pay great attention to the dissemination of red culture education from the perspective of subjectivity,constantly innovate the contents and methods of red culture education,build a collaborative education mechanism of red culture,and form a joint force of red culture education,so as to improve the effectiveness of red culture education in colleges and universities in the new era.
