摘要
为探究本科生导师制中师生关系对知识传递的影响路径和影响程度,采用关系强度和关系质量两个维度表征师生关系,将知识传递分为知识发送和知识接受两个环节,进而构建了师生关系与知识传递的关系模型,采用问卷调查法获取数据并应用结构方程模型定量分析了二者之间关系。研究结果显示:师生关系强度与师生关系质量呈正相关;师生关系强度、关系质量与知识发送、知识接受呈正相关;师生关系强度影响知识发送,师生关系质量影响知识接受。该研究可为本科生导师制背景下以提高知识传递效果和质量为目标导向的师生关系的构建提供参考。
In order to explore the influence path and degree of teacher-student relationship on knowledge transmission in undergraduate tutorial system,the relationship between teachers and students is characterized by two dimensions:relationship strength and relationship quality,and the knowledge transfer is divided into two links:knowledge transmission and knowledge acceptance.Then the relationship model between teacher-student relationship and knowledge transfer is constructed,and the data is obtained by questionnaire survey and the relationship between them is quantitatively analyzed by applying the structural equation model.The results show that the intensity of teacher-student relationship is positively correlated with the quality of teacher-student relationship;the intensity and quality of teacher-student relationship are positively correlated with knowledge transmission and knowledge acceptance;the strength of teacher-student relationship affects knowledge transmission,while the quality of teacher-student relationship affects knowledge reception.This study can provide reference for the construction of teacher-student relationship under the background of undergraduate tutorial system,which aims to improve the effect and quality of knowledge transfer.
