摘要 农村幼儿园教师队伍建设是目前农村学前教育发展中必须要面对和解决的重要问题,是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分。基于陇南市宕昌县农村幼儿园教师队伍现状的调研,当前农村幼儿园教师队伍建设存在数量普遍短缺、专业素养总体偏低、补充渠道相对单一、非在编教师远高于在编教师等问题。要优化农村幼儿园教师队伍,应进一步拓宽农村幼儿教师来源渠道,改善农村幼儿教师的薪资待遇,着力解决幼儿教师编制问题,采用多种途径提高农村幼儿教师师资质量,着力构建农村幼儿教师队伍发展保障及监督体系。 The construction of rural kindergarten teachers is an important problem that needs to be faced and solved in the development of rural preschool education,and it is also an important part of rural revitalization strategy.Based on the investigation of the present situation of rural kindergarten teachers in Tanchang County,Longnan City,there are some problems in the construction of rural kindergarten teachers,such as the general shortage of quantity,the low professional quality,the relatively single supplementary channel,and the higher number of non enrolled teachers than enrolled teachers.To optimize the rural kindergarten teacher team,we should further broaden the source channels of rural preschool teachers,improve their salary and treatment,focus on solving the problem of preschool teachers'establishment,adopt multiple ways to improve the quality of teachers,and focus on building the guarantee and supervision system for the development of rural preschool teachers.
